These beautiful Linea Mitts are perfect for the cold winter/spring mornings with textured patterning reminiscent of the native eucalyptus tree bark with the rows of alternating knit and purls.
This pattern is perfect for the adventurous beginner to intermediate knitter wanting to expand their skills with working in the round, textured patterning and small circumferences.
Materials:
- 1 ball of or 115m of
Colour shown in Millpost Merino is col. Apricot
- 3.75mm needles. Use your preferred small circumference needles for working in the round, either 9" circulars needles, double pointed needles or 80cm circular needles for the Magic Loop method. Double pointed needles are recommended for completing thumb.
- Tapestry needle to weave in ends.
Gauge/Tension:
22 sts x 36 rows = 10cm x 10cm in broken rib.
Finished Size:
Designed to fit an average womens hand, mitts are quite stretchy. 17cm circumference around
palm, as measured above thumb.
